How I started…
IT Team Leader. Oracle EBS Specialist. Founder of Beginner Forge.
10+ years leading teams. Delivering ERP solutions that actually move the needle.
On the technical side:
I lead cross-functional teams across international environments. I manage complex ERP projects from start to finish. I bridge the gap between “what the business needs” and “what the tech can actually do.”
I’ve mentored engineers. Built trust with stakeholders. Created teams where people aren’t afraid to speak up or mess up.
On the founder side:
A few years ago, I asked myself a question: why does the jump from student to professional feel so impossible?
So I built Beginner Forge — a hub for young people trying to break into tech.
Here’s what that actually looks like:
Organizing real workshops (like Atelierul de Stagiatură) — hands-on prep, not recycled theory
Building partnerships with NGOs and student organizations to grow the mission
Mentoring beginners who just need someone to believe in them first
The best part? Watching someone go from “I have no idea what I’m doing” to landing their first offer.
Where I’m headed:
I’m building toward something bigger — becoming an entrepreneur, investor, and executive coach. My long-term mission is creating high-performing SaaS products that help people buy back their time.
Because time is the only thing you can’t earn back.
Whether I’m leading an ERP rollout or coaching someone through their first internship, it’s the same mission, every time: Help people level up.
