How I started…
My journey in tech began in 2014, when I enrolled in Automation and Computer Science at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. Like many students, I wasn’t entirely sure where the path would lead, but I had a strong desire to create something meaningful and impactful. That drive kept me focused as I navigated the early years of my studies.
In 2016, I secured my first internship as a Software Engineer at Accenture, an experience that opened the door to my first full-time role and laid the technical and professional foundation I needed. Not long after, I discovered the world of ERP systems — a complex, challenging space that quickly became my focus. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with companies like Emerson, ERP Contact, and Incrys, each experience helping me refine my expertise and grow as a professional.
Today, I lead my own team at Garmin, continuing to build innovative ERP solutions. The road hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. Now, I feel a deep responsibility to give back — to guide and support the next generation of tech professionals as they begin their journeys, just as others once did for me.
